Return & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY-

At Tamra Ayurveda, we perform our best to provide you with the highest quality products at the lowest possible price. In the event, that you are dissatisfied with any of our products for valid reasons, our company is open for exchange or refund of any kind.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Before an item is dispatched, you can call or e-mail us regarding cancellation of the order. If you have already made payments for the order in that scenario, the payment will be refunded 

Cancellation after dispatch or delivery will be taken into consideration, entirely at the Company's discretion, depending on a case-to-case basis. Mostly, if a cancellation is made for a valid reason, we will cooperate fully.

Orders may be revoked at the company's discretion if there is any suspicion of a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the website's terms and conditions.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

If the customer requests for replacement, acceptance of the request is solely the company's decision. The company will dispatch the new item within 7 days of receiving the request. Customer will automatically receive a refund in their payment account if the new product cannot be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the request.

When a refund is requested in response to a product return, acceptance of the request is subject to the company's decision. The reimbursement process will not begin until the product has been picked up by our delivery partner. The delivery partner will contact the customer before collection of the product. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s payment account within 15 days.

The company maintains the right to deduct the transportation costs from the refund amount if a refund request is made for reasons other than poor product quality or delays in shipping (such as a change of mind).

If, the customer decides to return the product to the company, as per the mutual agreement the refund will be processed within 15 days of the item's arrival at the company's office or warehouse, the address of which will be provided to you through email.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exception in case of a problem with the product's quality
  • The item must be in the original packaging, the seal must not be broken.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refund requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
